This is a mindfulness class that is designed for the beginning and advanced practitioner. In this class, we learn the benefits of mindfulness and to use the breath as a tool towards relaxation and stress reduction. We will further explore how to be mindful in our daily lives to maintain a feeling and sense of equilibrium in stressful situations. Come join us for a 20 to 25 minute sit where we will breathe ourselves into a new way of being. See you on the cushion.
