August Full (Sturgeon) Moon Workshop

Native Tribes called the August Full Moon many names such as the Corn, Flying Up, or the Sturgeon Moon because it takes place during Mid-Summer when the youth of the plants and animals are reaching for the skies and in the depths of lakes the spawning season of the ancient and powerful fish representing endurance, determination, and knowledge.

Happening in the watery Astrological sign of Pisces, this 90-minute session will focus on releasing insecurities that keep us from reaching the depths of our imagination and the ways we can connect to our spiritual practice through meditation with a gentle flow and restorative poses accompanied by a sound bath.
