Beaver Full Moon Sound Bath

This Full Moon workshop will focus on embracing change and transformation, especially in areas of home, health, and daily routines through meditation with restorative poses accompanied by a sound bath. The November Beaver Full Moon will take place in the earthy Astrological sign of Taurus. This 60-minute session will include ways to explore where we can assess values, set intentions, and move towards a more aligned and authentic version of oneself.
