Buck Full Moon Sound Bath

This Full Moonworkshopwill focus on discovering how we are balancing our emotional and practical needs through meditation with restorative poses accompanied by a sound bath. The July Buck Full Moon will take place in the earthy Astrological sign of Capricorn. This 60-minute session will include ways to explore where we may be letting our emotions distract us from taking practical actions towards our goals and the ways we might be neglecting ourselves and the impact that has on the outcomes we are striving to achieve.
