CHAKRA YOGA & PAINT SERIES
Explore the 7 major chakras through a unique combination of relaxed, chakra-focused yoga and intuitive painting in this welcoming 7-class series with Lee Ann Prostko (yoga) and Ellie Alasantra (paint). Each 2-hour class begins with a short introduction to the chakra's color, symbolism, and role in your life. After yoga-inspired movements designed to help you connect with that specific chakra, you'll move into the creative experience, where you'll paint your own interpretation of that chakra on a canvas. Samples, colors, symbols, and ideas will be available for inspiration. There is no right or wrong way to create your painting – you are encouraged to follow your own imagination and intuition. All skill levels are welcome. Take one class that speaks to you or experience all 7 to create your own personal chakra-inspired collection.
