Cold Full Moon Sound Bath

This Full Moon workshop will focus on embracing change, learning new things, and engaging with your immediate community through meditation with restorative poses accompanied by a sound bath. The December Cold Full Moon will take place in the airy Astrological sign of Gemini. This 60-minute session will include ways to explore where we can express ourselves, share ideas, and engage in meaningful conversations.
