Corn Full Moon Sound Bath

This Full Moon workshop will focus on discovering old patterns, relationships, or versions of yourself that no longer serve you through meditation with restorative poses accompanied by a sound bath. The September Corn Full Moon will take place in the watery Astrological sign of Pisces. This 60-minute session will include ways to explore finding a balance between taking action towards your goals and surrendering to the natural flow of life while being mindful of others' influence on your decisions.
