Drum Healing Ceremony

Come join us and connect to the beat of your heart through the beat of the drum.

The drum reminds us to take a moment and connect with ourselves and Mother Earth. The beat of the drum reminds us what it was like when we were safe in our mothers womb. It reminds us to slow down, take a moment to breathe and connect.

Drums are a sacred medicine. Each one has a story of its own and is made with intentions. The drum allows us to take a moment to tune into how we are feeling and to connect to our heart through the each beat. It connects us to each other and brings our awareness back to how we are feeling.

We love the drums and how they move energy in our body through the vibrations. Each beat penetrating the cells in our body so that the emotions and feelings that are stuck in our body can finally move and we can give our body permission to feel and release them.

Details: Bring a water bottle, dress in layers (moving energy can create our body temperatures to rise and drop)
