February Full (Snow) Moon Workshop

Native Tribes called the February Full Moon many names such as the Hunger, Cracking Branches, or Snow Moon because it takes place during the seasonal transition between Winter and Spring when food is scarce, but the promise of warmth and abundance glitters on the snowy landscape.

Happening in the earthy Astrological sign of Virgo, this 90-minute session will focus on releasing scarcity mindsets that keep you frozen from sharing your gifts with others through meditation with a gentle flow and restorative poses accompanied by a sound bath.
