Flower Full Moon Sound Bath

This Full Moon workshop will focus on reflecting on the deeper meanings of our thoughts and actions through meditation with restorative poses accompanied by a sound bath. The May Flower Moon will take place in the watery Astrological sign of Scorpio. This 60-minute session will focus on releasing the blocks in our hearts and minds that keep us from looking beneath the surface to what we must change to cultivate peace and abundance.
