Full Moon Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing

Native Tribes called the October Full Moon many names such as the Blood, Falling Leaf, or the Hunter's Moon because it takes place during the midst of Autumn when hunters and animals are working to hunt down the supplies they need to store to ensure their survival through the oncoming Winter months.

Happening in the earthy Astrological sign of Taurus, this 90-minute session will focus on releasing the limitations that keep us from accepting change while finding security within the chaos through meditation with a gentle flow and restorative poses accompanied by a sound bath.
