Full Moon Restorative Yoga Workshop

Native Tribes called the December Full Moon many names such as the Long Night, Exploding Tree, or the Cold Moon because it takes place during the beginning of Winter when the nights become long and the sudden cold of the air causes the trees to expand and burst overnight.

Happening in the watery Astrological sign of Cancer, this 90-minute session will focus on releasing the negative emotions that threaten to burst forth if we do not learn to accept our darkest depths through meditation with a gentle flow and restorative poses accompanied by a sound bath.
