Harvest Full Moon Sound Bath

ThisFullMoon workshop will focus on independence, passion, and taking initiative through meditation with restorative poses accompanied by a sound bath. The October HarvestFullMoonwill take place in the fiery Astrological sign of Aries. This 60-minute session will include ways to explore our own paths while also considering relationships and partnerships when asserting yourself, pursuing personal goals, and embracing new beginnings.
