May Full (Flower) Moon Workshop

Native Tribes called the May Full Moon many names such as the Planting, Egg Laying, or the Flower Moon because it takes place during the part of Spring in which we begin a cycle of abundance, planting seeds for harvest in the Autumn to ensure our survival through the oncoming Winter.

Happening in the fiery Astrological sign of Sagitarrius, this 90-minute session will focus on releasing the limitations on what we can achieve and our ability to embrace life's lessons through meditation with a gentle flow and restorative poses accompanied by a sound bath.
