This New Year's Eve Vinyasa Flow is a high-energy musical journey. You will be guided through a dynamic flow designed to release the past year's and set intentions for the new one. Through the practice the music will energize you to build heat with fluid, dance and free flow movements, before transitioning into a final relaxation. All levels are welcome to this experience focusing on breath, movement, and intention-setting to leave you feeling empowered, balanced, and ready for what's ahead.
