Strawberry Full Moon Sound Bath

This Full Moon workshop will focus on discovering our limitations and how we can break through these boundaries through meditation with restorative poses accompanied by a sound bath. The June Strawberry Full Moon will take place in the fiery Astrological sign of Sagittarius. This 60-minute session will include ways to explore where we are holding ourselves back and how we can boldly move forward to new horizons, embracing hope and expansion through radical honesty with ourselves and others.
