Aerial/Swing Yoga takes yoga to new heights! Using a large fabric swing as a prop, all poses are fully or partially supported by the swing. A fun class that increases flexibility and strength. Explore inversions and deep stretch poses and strengthen your body! This class is beginner friendly! Weight limit for the swing is 400 lbs.
