Service Description
Join us for a myofascial release yoga class designed to ease tension, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness. This class combines gentle yoga postures with self-massage techniques using props like foam rollers, tennis balls, and yoga blocks. You'll learn to target and release tight areas within the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles—allowing for deeper relaxation and improved range of motion. Ideal for those looking to relieve chronic muscle tightness, recover from workouts, or simply unwind, this class is suitable for all levels. Expect a slower-paced practice that leaves you feeling lighter, more balanced, and rejuvenated. This class is not recommended for those with bone loss or musculoskeletal tears.

Cancellation Policy
To help us maintain a smooth and supportive class experience, please review the following policies: Booking & Attendance: We encourage booking at least 2 hours in advance to ensure your spot is reserved. All students must be registered with the studio before attending any class or workshop (see Registration Policy). Doors open 15 minutes before the scheduled class time and will be locked once class begins (see No Late Entry). Registration: Registration prior to booking or arriving at the studio is not required. However, all students must be fully registered before attending any class or workshop. If registering in person, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to avoid delaying the start of class. All registration information will be entered into our online system, whether completed in person or online. Class Cancellation by Studio: Classes may be canceled if no students are registered at least 90 minutes before the scheduled start time. In the event of an emergency, a class may be canceled with less notice. Registered students will be notified by email and will receive a refund or class credit for the canceled session. No Late Entry: Doors will be locked at the scheduled class start time. Late arrivals cannot be admitted once class has begun. Please note that parking and the studio entrance are located at the back of the Doodle Station building. Entry through the front door on NE Main St. is not permitted. Student Class Cancellation: Students must cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a charge. Class pack and membership holders will have one class deducted for late cancellations or no-shows. Unlimited Members will be invoiced the drop‑in rate for missed or late‑canceled classes that have active waitlists.
