Service Description

Private sessions available for individuals or groups. There are a lot of different reasons that people prefer private lessons to group lessons. It may be a level of comfort, the ability to meet your exact needs on the mat from day to day or the flexibility to fit practice time in when it works best for you. It may be a single lesson or two to work on a specific yoga pose or ongoing sessions. Some people like to start with a few private sessions before joining group classes. When you reserve a private yoga lesson, everything from the music to the lighting to the pace and style of yoga is selected just for you. The longer we practice together, the more personalized those sessions begin to feel.
