With a focus on the core, glutes, legs, and foot and ankle mobility, you’ll build stability and confidence in everyday activities. Great for active aging, fall prevention, and anyone looking to feel steady, supported, and strong. Accessible for all levels with options throughout.

Cancellation Policy

Booking & Attendance Policy: To help us maintain a smooth and supportive class experience, please note the following: Class Cancellation Notice: While pre-registration is not required, classes may be canceled if no one is registered at least one hour before the scheduled start time. We encourage booking in advance to ensure class is held. No Late Entry: Doors lock at the scheduled class start time. Late arrivals will not be permitted once class has begun. Class Cancellation Policy (Mat & Aerial): Please cancel your class at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a charge. Class Pass Holders & Monthly Class Pack Members: If you cancel late or do not attend, one class will be deducted from your pass. Unlimited Members: You will be invoiced the drop-in rate for missed or late-canceled classes.
