200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Sikorski Yoga's 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive program that will give you the knowledge you need to safely and effectively teach in a group or private setting. We include a strong therapeutic component, functional alignment and experiential learning.

Our Training covers the ancient texts, philosophies and one-on-one fundamentals of yoga, as well as modern approaches to sequencing and communication. Learn how to teach students of all shapes, sizes and ages. Our Training will help you find your own unique voice as a teacher. Our YTT team of instructors are knowledgeable, experienced and passionate about what they teach.

Our YTT team’s diversified background will provide you with a thorough understanding of yoga, Ayurveda, somatic awareness, kinesiology, the texts and language of yoga, therapeutics and so much more.

In the Sikorski 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program you will learn to confidently teach yoga to various student populations, you’ll open doors of self-discovery, have fun, work hard and make life-long friends.

Sikorski's 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program is designed to fit into your lifestyle. Ten weekends, spread out over nine months, designed to give you time to absorb and practice the teaching material, and prepare, study and practice in preparation of the following weekend session.

This is a Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour Teacher Training program. All graduates having successfully met the program requirements will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).
