Yoga Mat and Straps

Aerial/Swing Yoga

Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 pm with Suzanne

Aerial/Swing Yoga takes yoga to new heights! Using a large fabric swing as a prop, all poses are fully or partially supported by the swing. A fun class that increases flexibility and strength. Explore inversions and deep stretch poses and strengthen your body!


This class is beginner friendly!



Weight limit for the swing is 400 lbs.

Candlelight Yin Yoga

Sundays 5:30-6:45 pm with Lee Ann

The perfect class to end your weekend and transition into the new week.

Discover the practice of Yin yoga... getting deep into the connective tissue of the body: joints, fascia, cartilage. Settle into deep, long holds as you explore physical and emotional stillness. Appropriate for all students.


We like to offer prop options in our yin classes. If you'd like, please bring any of these props in addition to your mat: 

bolster, blanket, block(s).

Yoga Child's Pose

Gentle Yoga

Tuesdays 11:00 am - 12:00 pm with Lee Ann
Thursdays 11:00 am - 12:00 pm with Lee Ann

Relax your way into a more flexible and energized you. This gentle 60-minute class explores a blend of gentle poses designed to bring greater mobility to the body, ease to places of discomfort, and relaxation to the mind. Perfect for both beginners and experienced yogis. This class offers the optional use of a chair.


We like to use props in this class! Bring what you have, we have some to lend.

Yoga Class

Slow-Mo Flow Yoga

Tuesdays 6:00-7:00 pm with Lee Ann

Have you ever been in a class where the flow was moving so fast you couldn’t keep up ?


This is what drew me to “ slow the flow” down and focus on the breath to move through poses mindfully.


In this class , we will use stretching, breath work ,and gentle ,easy to follow flow sequences followed by a long sweet savasana.


In this ultra fast world , it is nice to slow down , move mindfully to rebalance and relax.


$10 class. All proceeds go toward IYT's Pay It Forward program to make yoga financially accessible to those in need.


Appropriate for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Practicing Yoga at Home

Strength and Sculpt Yoga

Saturdays 9:30-10:30 am with Zach

Increase strength and confidence as you tone your body! 


This fiery sculpt yoga class is designed to tone abs, arms, legs and butt! The class focus will change seasonally. 


With or without hand weights, you'll feel the benefits of this class! We have 1 and 3 lb weights - feel free to bring your own hand weights. 


Bring your mat, strap and blocks to class. Remember to book classes in advance. We'll see you on the mat!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Mondays 6:45-8:00 pm with Cheryl

A breath-inspired yoga class that focuses on linking the breath with each movement, flowing from one pose to another at a pace that can be modified to meet the needs of each student. Students will increase strength and flexibility through active stretches. Appropriate for experienced students and new students ready to jump into a more physically challenging practice, this class will help build flexibility, strength, balance, and focus on the present moment, offering options to meet each student's needs.

Yin Yoga

Wednesdays 9:30-10:45 am with Linda
Thursdays 6:00-7:15 pm with Linda

Yin yoga incorporates long holds targeting the connective tissue within the body. This body positive yoga class is suitable for all levels. Join us as we explore the physical body through this still and introspective practice. This class welcomes all body shapes and sizes, offering pose modifications and prop suggestions to help you find the pose variation that makes your practice perfect for your body, mind and soul.


Not recommended for those who are pregnant, hypermobile, or have joint instability.
